Cable and Internet

We just recently got set up on high speed internet.  We were quoted one charge from Comcast, but our last two bills reflected figures that weren’t even close to what they quoted us.  And that doesn’t count the fact that in previous months, hubby was having to call them nearly every month for over-charging us.  Very, very frustrating!

That being said, we may be canceling our high speed internet and our cable, and thus, being without access for a while.  I do have several money-saving tips typed up in advance and ready to be loaded through the month of February, but if we cancel our service, I won’t have access to be posting anything personal about our family, etc., until we get set up with something else.

I told hubby that it might be time to get the Better Business Bureau involved in this issue with Comcast.  From talking to others, we aren’t the only ones having issues with over-priced bills every month.
