Hint for Oreo Dirt Pudding Dessert

Oreo Dirt Pudding is very popular for family gatherings. The only bad thing about it is that the oreos get soggy and that is just gross. What I do when I make it is leave off the oreo base. Just make the pudding. Break up the oreos and put them in another bowl. When you are ready to eat the pudding, spoon oreos over the top. This way they don’t have time to get soggy!

Cutting the Sugar Habit

Sugar is highly addictive, and is a very hard habit to break.

I found a way to help curb my own addiction to chocolate.  After eating my evening meal, if I really feel the need (umm…let’s be honest — it’s a want, not a need), I will break off one square of Ghirardelli intense chocolate.  That helps me to avoid eating an entire candy bar.  It also helps me to avoid the temptation to make a batch of brownies and gorge on them.
